Since September 2015, she has held significant leadership roles in Karachi’s educational sector.
As of July 2023, she has held the esteemed positions of COO of Prime-edu and Program Director at IYP. Prior to this, she served as the principal of accredited A-level colleges in Karachi, notably at Scepter A-level College from March 2021 to September 2023 and at BCP College Campus from September 2019 to October 2020.
Additionally, She held the position of Program Manager at Nixor A-level College in Karachi from September 2015 to April 2019, where her duties encompassed faculty oversight, student affairs coordination, academic
counselling, and engagement with parents.
From 2008 to 2015, she served as a Visiting Faculty Member at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education In Karachi. During her tenure, she imparted instruction in BBA/MBA courses, notably Principles of Marketing and Marketing Management.
Moreover, she took the initiative to plan and execute several impactful events, including the Seminar on Global Economic Crises & Its Impact on Pakistan in 2008.
Furthermore, she enriched her professional skills by attending a four-week Teachers Training Program hosted by the institute. Additionally, she had the honor of serving as the Master of Ceremony for the convocations held in December 2012 and December 2013 at Dadabhoy Institute of Higher Education.
With 16 years of professional experience and ongoing commitment, she has demonstrated unwavering dedication, diligence, and entrepreneurial acumen, making significant and impactful contributions to her endeavours.

With over 25 years of experience leading organisations in the corporate world, Mansoor’s focus on the education sector stems from a passion to give the youth of our country, an enabling platform for growth.
Thought leadership being Mansoor’s forte, it not only led to his
nomination to the Power 100 – Pakistan’s most influential people of 2013, it is also the foundation through which he is creating collaborations, pathwaysand frameworks that are set to transform the access of youth to quality education and opportunities for growth.
Additionally, Mansoor has served the Advertising Association of Pakistan, chaired the Communication chapter of Young President’s Organisation (YPO) Pakistan and featured in Power 100’s list of Pakistan’s most influential people in 2013.
With his extensive experience in leading Pakistan’s first 100% multinational agency, Mansoor was taken on board by another powerhouse media nterflow Pakistan and led the agency’s nternational affiliation with Bates. Under his
leadership, Orient McCann Pakistan also won Campaign
Asia’s Gold for most Creative agency of the Year in 2018
– a first in the Agency’s 50-year history.

With social uplift of Karachi forming a cornerstone of
his ethos, Mansoor enjoys mentoring students as a
volunteer for the Prince of Wales Enterprise Challenge
that encourages entrepreneurial skills in children; and
has served on the organising committee of Hamara
Karachi – an annual festival of food, literature and
performing arts held between 2009 and 2012 with the
City Government.
An avid snooker player who has represented Pakistan in
the international arena, Mansoor is married, and lives
in Karachi with his wife and two children.
Safa Shoaib

Safa seamlessly blended her roles as a devoted educator, college counselor and Master Life Coach. With a fervent dedication to advancing universal higher education, she has honed her skills over half a decade in college counseling, crafting an illustrious career fortified by prestigious certifications, notably Columbia University’s Online Diploma in College Counseling.
Having founded The Holistic EDvisor in September 2023, Safa has meticulously curated a unique space within the private educational counseling landscape in the city. Under the platform @the.holistic.edvisor, she champions an approach that prioritizes collaborative and bespoke solutions in academic, career, and college counseling.
From May to August 2023, she extended pro bono counseling via the Matchlighters Scholars Program in California, illuminating paths for economically challenged, first-generation American students vying for the esteemed Questbridge scholarship. Her contributions to academic institutions are equally commendable. At The Lyceum School and Nixor College, alike, Safa’s mentorship steered students towards global academic giants including top tier institutions. Her versatility was further evident at Karachi Grammar School, where she honed students’ literary prowess in the capacity of an O Level Literature teacher.
Her commitment is underscored by a steadfast dedication to remaining abreast of the latest trends and best practices within the dynamic field of college counseling.
She represented The Lyceum during Tri-Star Education’s tour of leading Turkish universities in 2022 and served as the Pakistani delegate to UBC’s International Counselor Tour in 2023, exemplifying her commitment to fostering global educational networks. Proactively engaging with the evolving counseling landscape, Safa obtained memberships of both NACAC and IACAC, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence
and ensuring her counseling practices remain at the forefront of international standards. She also attended IACAC’s Regional Institute for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region hosted by Georgetown Qatar, 2023 attending multiple workshops gaining insights into the college admissions process.
Venturing beyond the realm of education, Safa co-founded Deja New Pk in March 2021, an influential platform championing sustainable fashion in Pakistan. Here, she spearheaded initiatives that intertwined web design, social media prowess, and brand growth, solidifying the platform’s prominence. Moreover, her stint as a Junior Editor & Writer at The Tempest
Co and a brief but impactful internship at L’Oreal Pakistan accentuate her multifaceted expertise in content creation, marketing, and e-commerce.
Underpinning Safa’s expansive skill set are her numerous certifications. From mastering Multiple Brain Integration Techniques to becoming a certified professional coach and delving into Neurolinguistic Programming, her educational accomplishments are both diverse and profound. These certifications, ranging from Humanistic Integrative Therapy to specialized
training in child protection and world literature, mirror Safa’s holistic and unwavering commitment to continuous personal and professional growth. Dr Markus Markert

Dr Markus Markert obtained a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Warwick (UK), an MPhil in Politics and a DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford. His theses analysed Western foreign policies towards Pakistan, Iraq, and Georgia.
He is also the Director and Co-Founder of Anglo-German Education. Anglo-German Education (AGE) is an international education platform provider, working with a number of higher education institutions and industry bodies in the UK and Germany, brought together by a shared passion for accessible, industry relevant qualifications. AGE partners with internationally minded, innovative and forward-thinking educational institutions and employers in order to train a highly-skilled, locally available workforce according to industry requirements.
The Company’s headquarters are in London with staff also working in Hannover, Germany.
The company assists students with university placements, universities with their student recruitment efforts, collaborates with local and international industries and universities of applied sciences to design industry-specific training programmes and work placements.

Born and raised in Lancashire, UK, to Pakistani immigrants who arrived in the 1970s, Samarah’s life has been profoundly shaped by the values of education and the opportunities migration can offer. Influenced by her parents’ reverence for learning, she pursued her academic and professional ambitions with zeal, moving to London in 2000 to further her career.
Samarah’s academic foundation is robust, holding an LLB (Hons), a Legal Practice Course, and a Postgraduate Diploma. Her professional journey is marked by significant roles in esteemed institutions such as Eversheds, PwC, Ernst & Young, and Fragomens, where she honed her expertise in education litigation and immigration law. Today, as an experienced lawyer with over 20+ years of professional experience, specializing in UK immigration, Samarah leads with an affirmative approach, ensuring that every client of UK Immigration Solutions Ltd receives comprehensive, compliant, and effective solutions to their immigration needs all over the world.
